Dr. Timmins and Dr. Straughter are long-time college friends with 20 plus years of human resources experience, passion for organization development, college professors, spiritual leaders, executive coaches, and supporters of leading with your soul. We decided to combine our professional experience, values and perspectives to help others grow and learn in their leadership position.
Our mission is to provide leadership training to overlooked, underrepresented, emerging leaders in the workplace.
Dr. Eileen Timmins
Eileen Timmins is a global Chief Human Resources Officer with extensive professional experience working with private equity, private company boards and serving as company fiduciary.
She is a highly skilled business partner with expertise in the areas of talent, leadership and strategy development, succession planning, executive and board compensation, diversity, benefits planning and oversight, global expansion strategies, including M&A, roll-ups, and enterprise talent development.
Dr. Alicia M. Straughter
Dr. Alicia M. Straughter’s professional background includes over 20 years in the not-for-profit industry as a Managing Director and Chief Operations Officer with a focus on organizational development, fundraising strategies, human resources, and event management. Dr. Alicia is an accomplished lead negotiator for multi-million-dollar employment contracts. She is well-known for her transformation leadership style and thought leadership in developing HR Departments from the ground up.
